What to expect on your visit

The Tropical Butterfly House will be reopening on the 18th of July. The Safety and welfare of our visitors and staff is always our top priority. We have therefore implemented a number of new precautions, following both government advice and requirements of our local authority, in order to provide a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

We have made the decision to limit our visitor numbers, so we can safely manage people and ensure social distancing can be maintained around the park. Currently a maximum of 400 visitors will be permitted to enter the park each day with arrival times staggered at 15-minute intervals and a maximum visitor stay of three hours as a result. You may be asked to politely leave the park, if you run over your allocated session and visitor numbers are exceeded to an unsafe level.

ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY We will need everyone to book online prior to their visit, including annual pass holders and rainy day return ticket holders. Tickets are currently being released on a monthly basis, however this restriction may change. All bookings, excluding annual pass holders and rainy day return tickets, will be subject to a booking fee, per person.

Admission

We are releasing dates in one week blocks due to changing government guidance and we will require everyone to book online prior to their visit, including annual pass holders. You can book your tickets here at www.butterflyhouse.co.uk
