The Tropical Butterfly House Ticket Portal

Admission Summer 2020

What to expect on your visit

The Tropical Butterfly House will be reopening on the 18th of July. The Safety and welfare of our visitors and staff is always our top priority. We have therefore implemented a number of new precautions, following both government advice and requirements of our local authority, in order to provide a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

We have made the decision to limit our visitor numbers, so we can safely manage people and ensure social distancing can be maintained around the park. Currently a maximum of 400 visitors will be permitted to enter the park each day with arrival times staggered at 15-minute intervals and a maximum visitor stay of three hours as a result. You may be asked to politely leave the park, if you run over your allocated session and visitor numbers are exceeded to an unsafe level.

All tickets must be pre- booked online. Tickets will not be available on the gate.
