Gift Vouchers may be spent on admission to the park, pre-booked experiences, and any purchases in the Jungle Gift Shop, Lottie's or the Butterfly Café. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Full terms may be found on the reverse of the voucher.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult, therefore please bear this in mind when purchasing a Child day pass or Child Membership.

Memberships purchased online must be redeemed within two months and will be activated on the day of your first visit to the park.
